It's possible that with this latest product development update, regular readers of 'Off the Cuff' will be starting to think that we at A Suit That Fits are a little obsessed with linings.
As there is more than a grain of truth in that sentiment I shall continue with no shame in announcing our latest product development innovation - waistcoat backs. As regular suit-wearers are aware, the large majority of waistcoats have the back panel made out of the same lining as the suit jacket - this is to keep the garment light and make the suit slide easily over of the waistcoat. That's great, but what if you're worried about your bright choice of lining clashing with your shirt or tie?

Well, now the solution is simple - you can now chose to have the back of your A Suit That Fits waistcoat made up in a lining fabric that is the same colour as the outer fabric of the suit, be it navy, grey, black or another colour. Remember though, that you can also have the back of the waistcoat made out of the outer wool fabric, which is the perfect choice when you intend to wear the waistcoat as a separates piece with no jacket over the top.

While we're discussing linings, you may have noticed another option on the jacket linings page - that of 'Split Lining'. This choice is perfect for the indecisive suit wearer who just can't decide between two equally fabulous coloured linings - you can now chose to have different linings on either side of the jacket. For an extra touch, add contrast piping as well!
