FAQ

Are the suits made from scratch for me?

Yes, our master tailors hand cut your individual pattern especially for you. Watch this video for more information.

What is the standard delivery time?

The production of your suit will take between 3 - 8 weeks, after which it should be available for your first fitting. Up to 8 weeks is standard, but we have the option of speedy delivery if you would like it.

Where is my local branch, and what time is it open?

We have 30 locations throughout the country. Different studios have different opening days/times.

How much does a 2 piece suit cost?

Our two piece suits range from £200 to around £600. The price depends on the fabrics you choose and the customisations you make.

How do I know that I will like the fit of my garment?

If you get measured by one of our style advisors then you'll get a free fit guarantee which means we'll make any alterations that might be needed free of charge. If you measured yourself then you can buy a retrospective fit guarantee for £40.

Do I have to pay for an appointment?

If you're coming in for a style consultations/measure-up then there is a cost of £25 (which includes a 'fit guarantee'), but we always love to see you, even just for a cup of tea and to chat through your style, for which there is no cost. There's really no reason not to book an appointment now!

Our style advisors are highly qualified in taking measurements and can guarantee perfectly fitted garments. Get expertly measured.

Advantage: using our style advisors you will get a fit guarantee so we'll make all the adjustments necessary to get that perfect fit.

Step three

Once your garment is ready we can deliver it to you or you can come to our branch and get it fitted.

Get it sent straight to your door for immediate use.

Advantage: if you're not able to get to a branch then this is a good option.

Come in to our studio where you can try on the garment and ensure it fits you perfectly. Book in for a collection & fitting.

Advantage: our style advisors will make sure your garment fits you perfectly and our professional tailors can make alterations if any are needed.
