Simon's suit
I met David at a launch party for a stylist friend of both of ours, Carlene Noel from Right Image UK. He was introduced as the director of A Suit That Fits. I myself had worked in suiting for the best part of ten years, selling suits such as Canali, Cerruti, Ermenegildo Zegna, off the peg. I say off the peg as I fully respect and admire the hard work and art that goes into the tailoring of clothes, especially suiting. I was introduced to the tailoring service because I was shortly to be getting married in Brazil and was told that these tailors were the best around and a great value for my money. On that recommendation, and who it came from, I spoke to David at the launch party and immediately knew that not only knew a great deal about his work but also practiced what he preached by wearing one of his creations. We started consultations within a few weeks of this meeting and once my vision was aired the materials and design ideas were suggested to me. The process was not only thorough but right to the point and ensured that I had every faith that what I was ordering was going to be delivered exactly as expected. This however was not exactly true as what was delivered after three simple consultations, including two fittings, was way over my expectations. Not only was the suit and shirt a perfect fit with enough space for me to breathe in case of food and drink on one of the most important days of my life, but I was a perfect complement to my day. The details and accessories were flawless. Everyone that was present noticed how dapper this ensemble looked and I felt not only proud to be wearing such a beautiful piece of workmanship but also elated that my wife was so happy. The team from A Suit That Fits were not only friendly but extremely professional, and I have since then recommended them to all my friends and colleagues that I believe would use their services. I myself will be going back for a few suits this year and will use their services as long as I can, and as long as they operate. A professional team, with a great deal of vision and class.
