Following the adjustments from the first fitting, I'm really pleased with the style, fabric and fit of the suit.
The speed of the service was good
The speed of the service was good and the team did all they could to have my suit ready for a crucial meeting date. Unfortunately the stylist that I started the process with was not present throughout the entire process (staff cuts I suspect) and as such I felt a little pushed from pillar to post. I found myself having to re-explain what I wanted and cover off all of the same details. That said Elizabeth did a good job of standing in and she approached with a very professional manner and quickly grasped the look that I was trying to achieve.
I heard about 'A suit that fits' from an article in the Evening Standard magazine. At the time I was thinking of buying a new suit and would have picked up an off the peg suit, which is what I've done for the past number of years. My bespoke experience has been at extremes. A number of years ago I had a few suits made from a very reputable tailor where the finishing was first class. More recently I had a couple of suits made from the far east. The finish in that instance was poor and to be honest the suits a complete waste of money. I had my hesitations about a suit made in Nepal and the quality of the final product. Thankfully the finish is better than my previous overseas attempts but sadly nowhere as good as my British made suits. Then again the price reflects that.
Overall I'd say the fit of my suit is better than an off the peg suit but the finish isn't probably quite as good (small touches of a bespoke suit such as cuff buttons that actually work are sadly not on my new suit). The trousers feel twisted when I walk but I will see if that rectifies over the coming weeks. The price is competitive and the service is good but the finish lacks the finesse of a true bespoke suit.

The guys that helped me with the order were very accommodating and showed a lot of flexibility in opening the studio (when it was closed) in order to get my measurements done and to place my order. The stylist was very knowledgeable and was able to provide a lot of guidance even-though I had a clear idea what I wanted.
The order arrived (although I had to make a few calls to chase) and I had a fitting booked pretty quickly. The stylist who assisted with the fitting was very professional. My second fitting was also by the same stylist who kept his professionalism and was helpful with questions.
Would have been 10/10 were it not for the few calls I had to make to chase the order. All in all, I'm a very satisfied customer and already looking forward to having a few more suits done.

Suit arrived faster than expected
Suit arrived faster than expected which was a nice surprise. Fact that it didn't include the personalised name labels as ordered was a huge disappointment. One phone call later and they\'ve been ordered but I have to bring the suit back to London for it to be collected from my office to be sorted out. Drag!

My only one tiny little gripe - you have to part with your hard earned cash 8 weeks before getting your hands on the suit.

Very happy with my wedding suit and the service I received throughout the process. Living in Northern Ireland made it difficult for me to choose a cloth purely from the small swatches, but Helen kindly sent me two jacket samples after I had narrowed down my choices. That was an incredibly kind and much appreciated gesture. You had my future business after that.
The suit itself did not quite fit as I had hoped (due to my own self measurement error), but a trip over to the London West End studio soon sorted that. The tailor (sorry I don’t remember his name and he doesn't seem to be on your team list anymore– tall, slim guy) was excellent, and a credit to your company. He knew exactly what needed to be altered and I was confident in his abilities.
Now that the suit is back with me, I am very happy. Thanks again for all your work. Your customer service has been truly excellent. Looking forward to seeing the shirts now. I want to order another suit but I've been told I need to wait until after our wedding :)
