There was some delay as the jacket had to be remade and I had to chase it up myself having not heard anything for several weeks. However due to my personal circumstances I have visited Liverpool, Birmingham, York and London West End offices and found all the staff to be very helpful and professional.Very pleased with the suit and I look forward to wearing it for my wedding in May!

The shirt is brilliant! Thanks for accommodating my idea, helping me design, refine and then making the shirt for me. I saw this type of shirt worn overseas but just haven't been able to track down an equivalent in the UK. Fantastic!

You get a 10 out of 10 for service.
I called to retrieve my password, and to find out if I could download my measurements. The man that answered the phone was really helpful and worthy of a compliment.
However, I think it is difficult to pick the pattern on line. I like the suit but perhaps I picked a pattern that is more properly applicable for a sports jacket.
It fits great and definitely it is workable in my line of business.
Overall I am very happy with the service and the fit. You get a 10 out of 10 for service. The prices are a bit steep for me, (certainly a decent price for many others).

Happy with materials and cut. One or two buttonholes had some frayed lining which had to be trimmed before wearing - small point in attention to detail. Thanks. 9/10

A superb overcoat which has seldom been off my back since I got it. I especially appreciated the trouble which you took to get the design just right.

Very good overall, but sometimes felt a little hurried, especially on final collection visit.
Also, was a little unsettling to pay the full price in advance; I think it would be fairer to pay a large deposit first (e.g. the "cost-price") with the remainder (e.g. the "profit") paid once happy.
