Very good overall, but sometimes felt a little hurried, especially on final collection visit.
Also, was a little unsettling to pay the full price in advance; I think it would be fairer to pay a large deposit first (e.g. the "cost-price") with the remainder (e.g. the "profit") paid once happy.

No complaints, no issues. Shirts were created in record time & was able to try on one shirt before taking the 5 home with me. All satisfactory.

Really like the plain cloths, the blue stripe (although a nice pattern) is too light a fabric for my taste.

Overall fitting experience was good. Major gripe is lack of adherence to request re button choices. Bog standard cheapo buttons were used. I didn't notice till I got the suits home so will have to bring both suits in to get buttons changes over to nicer ones.
