I had a great service with you guys.
But my 1st suit from the order I made, the navy suit, took longer than expected. I paid extra so that it would be ready for an event I had to attend but it was a day later than the deadline for which I paid extra. I think from looking at your terms and conditions that I will receive a refund for a portion of the amount I paid?
But agian, the service from the guys was great, and I was notified that the suit would be late by Angelo who gave me a call...this helped me make other arrangements.

All in all a great service - efficient, accurate and very friendly. Great to have notifications on e mail and reminders by phone. The product also very good - some nice touches - colour coordinated stitching around buttonholes etc.
Have ordered another suit and hoping for the same results.

Hanna was very helpful - as well as ensuring that the suit was tailored as 'bespokely' as possible (i.e. it needed adjusting) she also suggested a use for an old suit jacket. Keep up the good work!
