The entire experience from first booking to wearing my finished suit was exceptional.
At the fitting, David respected what I did know and was patient in explaining the bits I didn't; his relaxed attitude also helped to instil confidence in the process. My suit arrived on time, so no complaints there, and I can't say enough about how pleased I am with it. To put it briefly, it fits well, it's great quality and it looks great.
If I had one suggestion to improve my personal experience, I might suggest toning down the number of times I was contacted to confirm every step of the process - texting to confirm my appointment is absolutely fine, but I had about three to confirm that and what felt like an e-mail every time I clicked a button on the website - I appreciate the customer service, but for me, I wouldn't have minded not being kept SO in the loop :)
I must stress, this was the most minor of issues in a stellar experience - I'll definitely be back again.
